Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) is an image format that can support both static photos and animations of 265 colors per frame. To convert your GIF images into Adobe Flash animations (.SWF) you need Easy Gif2Swf.
The program consists of one screen that has a button to load one GIF image at a time. Once the GIF image is loaded, you will be able to view information about it such as frame count, width, height and GIF length. The GIF image can be played on the same window of the application which has "start" and "pause" buttons.
The program provides the ability to set the frame rate for the output SWF file by defining the number of frames per second (FPS). The dimensions of the resulting SWF file can be set to be half, equal, double or triple the original size. In addition, the height and width of the output SWF can be entered directly.
The conversion process is very easy; all you need to do is to click the "Convert to Swf" button on the main program's screen. After you have loaded an input GIF image, you can set the output directory of your convenience.
